ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 karyawan PT. X, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional (variabel bebas) terhadap kepuasan kerja (variabel terikat). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan perhitungan, diketahui pula bahwa rerata skor empirik dari tiap skala yang dibagikan pada subjek menunjukkan bahwa subjek memiliki skor diatas rata-rata pada tiap variabel yang diteliti. Baik budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional maupun kepuasan kerja dikategorikan cukup tinggi.

ABSTRACT

The research was conducted by involving 75 employees of X Company. The objective is to find out the influence organizational culture and organizational commitment (independent variable) toward job satisfaction (dependent variable). Data were analyzed by using multiple regression. The result indicated that the influence between independence variable and dependence variable is significant. Based on statistics, it is found that the empiric score’s mean of each scale which is divided to subject shows that subject has high score in each observed variable, either the organizational culture, organizational commitment, or job satisfaction.
